Coordinator
Los Angeles, CA

Timeline Management is hiring a Coordinator to support the CEO and our top tier roster of talent. Must have an interest in pursuing Talent Management as a career. The role includes scheduling and administrative needs for CEO, working with talent on execution for projects such as endorsements, appearances, performances, and more, and covering shoots/events. Ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, and can adapt quickly to new situations. Must have an interest in pursuing Talent Management as a career. Salary is commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Scheduling and admin tasks for CEO

• Day to day execution for talent projects

• Coordinate and help execute deliverables for talent brand campaigns

• Attend shoots and events, travel with talent

• 2+ years of talent management, music, agency, PR, digital, or production/casting experience

• Must be resourceful, proactive and efficient

• Extremely strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing needs

Manager
Los Angeles, CA

Timeline Management is hiring a Manager who will sign and manage talent under the guidance of the CEO. Ideal candidate has pre existing roster of talent or deep talent relationships that become clients on day one. Must have experience generating revenue and/or working on large deals involving talent. The successful candidate will align with Timeline’s values in signing talent of only the highest caliber. There is unlimited upside with this role, a candidate who is determined and committed will be extremely successful at the company. Salary is commensurate with experience with a significant bonus/commission split opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Identify and sign new talent

• Oversee entire client service relationship for the clients you work with, under the guidance of CEO

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills

• Driven and focused, able to create opportunities for talent and think outside of the box

• 5+ years of talent management, music, agency, PR, or digital experience

• Must be resourceful, proactive and efficient

• Extremely strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing needs
